Erion''s Behest was not a prereq for me (level 16 gnome rogue). That was important for me cause i wanted to do the alther''s mill quest and almost flew to darnassus to start at the beginning. I can''t really see what i might of had that would have been a prereq for this quest for me.

The best place I found to get this stuff all in one place is Alther''s Mill. Lots of Condors and Spiders, and the occasional Goretusk. But no one cares about the lack of Goretusks since you can find those guys in abudance near the flight path.
